Returns Policy

Unless faulty, items can only be returned if they are unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

Very occasionally people have reactions to certain products they haven't used before. Please read the leaflet/information included with the product to see if it is likely to cause you a problem.

In all cases we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance. If you have a reaction to any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible with full details.
